- Led the technical development of sentiment analysis dashboards to track evolving HCP perceptions of key pharmaceutical products, leveraging field insights collected by MSL teams; enabled strategic decision-making by Medical Affairs and Commercial teams through clear, actionable visualizations.
- Developed and maintained production-grade data pipelines supporting over 50 dashboards, enabling data-driven decision-making for the Leadership Team across 10 Therapeutic Areas.
- Designed and deployed multiple analytics dashboards. Worked directly with stakeholders to scope requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and iterate on features.
- Proposed and built end-to-end automation solutions including document ingestion pipelines (DOCX and PDF) for automated parsing and structured data extraction.
